What is the difference between ‘Agenda’ and ‘User Schedule’ when selecting session type?

‘Agenda’ items appear in the app’s Agenda tab, while ‘User Schedule’ items will only appear in the ‘My Schedule’ tab, and only if assigned to specific users.
