- Go to ‘Tools’ -> ‘Push Notifications’
- Start typing the name of the user you want the message to come from in the ‘From’ field, and select their name once it appears [NOTE: the message must come from a user registered within the app, or it will not send]
- In the ‘To’ field, select the user(s) you want the message to go out to:
- Click ‘All users from’ to send to all users registered to the app
- Click ‘Attendees’, ‘Exhibitors’, etc, to send to all users registered to that group [NOTE: you can select more than one of these]
- Click ‘Import users’, then select the relevant spreadsheet file [NOTE: you will need to prepare a spreadsheet with just one column, containing the email addresses of the users in the desired group]
- Click ‘Select users below’, then select individual recipient(s) from the list below the message field by clicking the box next to their email address
- Type your message in the ‘Message’ field
- Tick ‘Send Message As A Push Notification’
- Click ‘Send’ [NOTE: your message will have been successfully sent when the blue bar has filled and the ‘Success: Message sent’ pop-up appears]
