How do I download a native app?

We offer native apps for iOS and Android so if you one of these devices, then you simply have to search for the event name within the App Store or Google Play.

Please note that in order to download these apps, you will need to already have an iTunes or Google Play account. You most likely created this when you set up your device.

If you can’t find the app within the app store, it might be because the event is using a web app so it’s best to check the event website or contact [e-mail].
