In order to download a native app for an Android phone or tablet, you need to enter your Google Play password.
If you can’t remember your Google Play password, it’s very easy to reset. Your Google Play password will usually be the same as your Gmail password.
1. Go to https://www.google.com/accounts/recovery and select ‘I don’t know my password’:

3. Google will then send an email to the email address associated with your account – access your email inbox and click on the link contained in this email.
4. This will launch an page where you can select a new password – if you use this email address, it will also change your email password.
